Policy Feed is live
Central banks, multilaterals and think tanks — real time releases from major policy institutions in one place.
PSA: This post is coming to you from the sky. Who knew BA’s wifi could deploy Terminal updates and post on Substack?! I’m on my way back to the UK after a month in Italy.
A new Policy Feed tab on the Terminal aggregates live RSS feeds from central banks, multilaterals, fiscal watchdogs, think tanks, and academic bodies into a single, filterable, searchable stream — all in one place, updated in real time. Searchable with cross-filtering.
Many institutions publish across multiple feed types — press releases, speeches, working papers, research bulletins, statistics, monetary policy reports, deliberation summaries. The feed type is shown so you know exactly what you’re reading.
The coverage currently spans the below, if you’d like me to add any more specific institutions, let me know.
How the filtering works
There are four ways to narrow the stream:
Institution filter — a grouped, multi-select panel organised by institution type (Central Bank, Multilateral, Fiscal & Policy, Think Tank, Academic). Tick individual institutions or whole categories. Selections combine with AND logic — so “Europe + Central Bank” returns only ECB, SNB, and Riksbank content.
Regional filter — a parallel multi-select panel organised by geography: US, Europe, UK, Asia-Pacific, Canada, Latin America, Global. Select one region or several.
Feed type — a dropdown to filter by content format: press releases, speeches, research, working papers, statistics, blog posts.
Search — two search boxes, one scoped to institutions and one to article headlines.
Several major institutions — NY Fed Liberty Street, Bundesbank, RBA, RBNZ, IMF, Brookings, PIIE, VoxEU — were excluded because their RSS proxies consistently returned empty or access-denied responses. Only feeds that reliably return content are included.
This is v1 — more institutions are on the roadmap. As I said if there’s a specific central bank or policy body you want added, let me know.
If you use the Terminal at all, please drop me any feedback. Always curious to hear from users. The good, the bad, what’s missing and what could be better. How often and when you use it is also cool to hear.

Pleae add RBA, RBNZ, PBOC to the central bank coverage! Also institutions like BIS, IMF and Worldbank would be interesting :)
